Jessica Hong, CA(M)


Jessica delivered her financial skills programme in the most unconventional and fun way, all-in-all to accelerate the learning curve of the non-finance professionals. Many may perceive financial courses as dull and boring, not until they have attended Jessica’s programme. She uses the most creative and stimulating methods, to immerse the participants to understand how and when to apply financial skills at their workplace. Games, simulation and case study, are some of the many interactive methodologies Jessica uses to ensure the participants relate better in application of the new acquired financial skills.

Jessica Hong (Ms.) is a Malaysian Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from University of Malaya. She completed her postgraduate studies in Management Development Programme at INSEAD, Singapore.

Her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers has given her invaluable experience in system assurance, management assurance, audit, fraud investigations, system implementations, due diligence and many other challenging assignments. Diethelm (now known as DKSH), Mycom, Amoco Chemicals, FELDA and Sime Darby – are some of her major clients during her career
with this established accounting firm.

Jessica has varied and vast commercial experience in developing and implementing credit control policies, project management, debt recovery training, system integration and many other management effectiveness & efficiency assignments.

In her pursuance in human capital development, Jessica continued her passion in training and consulting, specializing in financial and management skills.
