Nina is a highly qualified trainer who holds a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from University of Birmingham UK, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from MIHRM and is a basic practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming from the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programming, USA. She has attended and various leadership programs, conferences and seminars throughout her career and speaker to some.

Nina has vast corporate experience in the Management and Human Resource Management- Personal Development fields, with her last appointment in the corporate world being the Training Manager of an international establishment, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, an investment company of the KLCC Holdings Group Berhad (a subsidiary of Petronas). Nina is the pre-opening team of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. During her tenure she has held concurrent positions of the Chairman and Quality Manager of the centre reputable ISO Integrated System. Nina’s role was fundamental to the Centre’s achievement of the ISO standards and the quality delivery of the Centre’s services and products.

Nina has over fifteen years experience in the training field conducting leadership-oriented courses covering areas such as motivation, soft skills, teambuilding, managerial skills, and supervisory skills. She is a very well respected trainer who is held in high esteem by her peers. She is an excellent and interesting presenter with the natural ability to hold the attention of her audience throughout her presentation. She has conducted training for companies in various industries ie: PND Darby Park, Mindef, Perodua, Bank Negara, KLCC Holdings Group Bhd, FELCRA Berhad, HSBC etc.

Nina has also had considerable international exposure having studied and worked in the United Kingdom; travelled to US, Europe, Tunisia and Greece . She was also one of the two selected Malaysians privileged to be invited by the Nikkierren Foundation of Japan for the Asian Leadership Program (2001) held in conjunction with the United Nation Development program.
